Happy Wednesday, friends! I have a good day ahead of me.
My school is putting on this “Revolution” event today where instead of classes, we go to 3 seminars. Sounds like a great idea, right? Too bad my school only gets speakers who are in sports or the medical field. As much as I loooooove hearing about football player’s problems, I have other things to do. So instead I’m going to the elementary school where I intern and doing my bulletin board project. Good use of time? Yes. Field trip and excused absence? Double yes. I don’t have to be at school until almost 11 so I get to sleeeeeep! Hooray!
Anyway, it’s Wedneday, soooooooo…
Breakfast: Chocolate banana green smoothie
Hola, creeeeeper! Haha! I’m cute I know. The recipe for my favorite smoothie is HERE!
Snack: lightly salted peanuts.
Okay my best friend was eating these in biology so obviously I had to help him finish them off. Because I’m such a great friend <3
Lunch: string cheese, golden delicious apple, baby carrots
I hate lunch. I never know what to bring that doesn’t have to be heated up, kept warm, or refrigerated! This has been my go-to for a couple of days, but I’m getting tired of it. Any other ideas?
Pre workout: Chocolate chip Z Bar
Workout: 45 minutes incline walking + 45 minutes chest/shoulders
Incline walking is KILLER. SO good for your hammy’s and glutes! Shape those legs! I hate working my chest and shoulders- my least fave! Today is leg day (my favorite).
Post workout: misc cereal and pretzels in PB
My willpower shut down once I got home from school and I stuffed my face with 2 different things that aren’t on my plan. Boo. I’ve learned my lesson though. Never again do I want to feel like that!
Dinner: steamed veggies
Since I had just ate a bunch of cereal, I wasn’t very hungry for a full dinner. I made my fave steamed veggies! Perfect for a quick dinner before rushing off to volunteer!

Snack: 1/2 a Luna protein bar (1/4 pictured)
When I got home I was hungry, but not hungry enough for too much. So I had 1/2 a chocolate peanut butter protein luna bar! So good.
