Happy hump day, friends! I’m running low on time right now so I’m keeping this WIAW post short and sweet!
I realized that every thing I ate on Tuesday (okay almost everything) was something new to me!
Breakfast- Chobani 0% Apple Cinnamon Greek yogurt topped with Kashi Go Lean Crunch cereal
With a side of coffee! Caramel Drizzle Folgers with Coconut creamer. Mmmmm so delicious!
Lunch- carrots, strawberries, and Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter mixed nuts
Please drop what you’re doing right now and go buy these mixed nuts. They are BOMB DOT COM. Do yourself a favor and try these!!
Pre workout- Iced Oatmeal Cookie Z Bar
Okay, new favorite Z bar flavor! This seriously tasted like a oatmeal cookie. SO good!
Workout- 30 minutes incline walking + 1 hour total body strength
Just a little bit awkward taking pictures in the weight room
Post workout- peanut butter & graham crackers + cereal
I was snacky before dinner and went a little overboard
Dinner- Mahi Mahi!
I seriously chowed down on this because I was supposed to be running out the door for volunteering! It was SO good though and I wish I had more time to enjoy it!
Snack- Peanut butter chocolate Luna bar + cereal + peanut butter
I guess I didn’t eat enough today…. My body just wanted to EAT when I got home! I didn’t feel the best afterwards (it was almost a binge) but I’m moving forward… Wednesday is a new day!
